Noah Thiffault
Sexologist
Welcome!
Sexuality is complex, deeply personal, and ever-evolving — and you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a sexologist, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your desires, relationships, identity, and boundaries — wherever you are in your journey.
Sex counselling is…
Assistance in achieving and maintaining balance in your sex life. Firstly, it is important to note that your sexuality encompasses far more than the sex acts you engage in. I adhere to a comprehensive approach to sexology that considers six different dimensions: the biological, the affective/psychological, the ethical/legal, the cognitive, the moral/spiritual/religious, and the socio-cultural. Sex counselling can touch on any of these dimensions.
About your Counsellor
Hi, I’m Noah.
A Counsellor Rooted in Community and Acceptance
My path has been anything but conventional, and it’s shaped how I show up in my work today. Growing up feeling different and finding home in queer and alternative communities taught me the power of being seen and accepted just as you are. That’s why I’ve dedicated my practice to supporting those who often feel left out of traditional services.
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sexology in 2025, am a member of the Professional Order of Sexologists of Quebec (OPSQ), and am a member of the Association of Sexologists of Quebec (ASQ). I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and have been involved in many non-profit organizations, community centres, and other alternative milieus. I have worked with a variety of clients, most notably neurodivergent people, unhoused individuals, and sex workers.
